Harry G. Witt, PhD
Founder & President
Growing up on a Florida farm in the first half of the 20th Century, Dr. Witt witnessed the mass migration of people to American cities and experienced first hand the challenges of adjusting to city life. He has taught Economics and Entrepreneurship for 40 years at the university level and has a love for building and construction. Create-A-Village is the fruit of years of Dr. Witt’s success in the business sector as well as design work on prefabricated housing concepts.

Peter Glenn
Sustainability Entrepreneur
Peter is award-winning filmmaker and entrepreneur with a passion for building bridges across borders. Originally from Portland, Oregon, Peter is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University’s School of Film and Television. After completing his degree, Peter joined Jesuit Volunteers International and served as the Director of the TV Production Programme at St. Augustine University of Tanzania. Having lived 3 years in Tanzania, Peter has become a fluent Swahili speaker and developed a deep love for the people of East Africa. Before joining Create-A-Village, Peter directed and produced “Into the Light,” a feature documentary about AIDS in Tanzania that continues to screen at film festivals around the world. In 2008, “Into the Light” won the Ousmane Sembene Films for Development Award at the Zanzibar International Film Festival in Tanzania. Peter is currently pursuing an MBA in Sustainable Management at Presidio Graduate School.
Nick Moon
General Manager, Project Support and Project Controls
Tennessee Valley Authority
Mr. Moon joined TVA in June 1980 and has held various management positions within the company. The Tennessee Valley Authority is a federal corporation and the nation’s largest public power company. As a regional development agency, TVA supplies reliable, competitively priced power, supports a thriving river system, and stimulates sustainable economic development in the public interest. TVA operates fossil-fuel, nuclear, and hydropower plants, and also produces energy from renewable sources. Nick currently advises Create-A-Village on the use of solar electricity in their development projects.
Craig Falkner
Water treatment & Marketing Consultant
Mr. Falkner has spent 40 years in retail, wholesale distribution, and manufacturing specializing in reverse osmosis, mechanical filtration, ion-exchange, and pressurized oxidation water treatment. He has also worked in national sales management and product research while serving as a development manager for new water treatment technologies. Mr. Falkner advises Create-A-Village on our Micro Water Plant that provides clean & affordable running water to 25-50 homes at a time.
